Free Shipping

Orders over $1,200 AUD qualify for free shipping anywhere in Australia.

Orders under $1,200 AUD attract a flat shipping rate, calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Dispatch

Hyetech's obligation to deliver is fulfilled when the Goods are dispatched from our premises. Unless otherwise specified in writing, Hyetech may choose the method of shipment and the carrier.

Partial shipments may be made where necessary and will be invoiced and payable separately.

Out of Stock Items

If any ordered item is out of stock, Hyetech will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and offer one of the following options:

• An alternative or upgraded product (subject to availability)
• Placement of the item on backorder
• A full refund of the amount paid for the unavailable item

Any price difference for an alternative product will be agreed in writing prior to dispatch. Hyetech is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay arising from items being out of stock.
